My perspective
I work as a growth partner for ambitious people, organisations and causes ready to widen their market, perspective and possibilities.
I'm a founder and former CEO with experience in fintech and the nonprofit sector. I help companies through leadership change, regulatory hurdles and international expansion. I help NGOs strengthen their funding and organisation. And I help causes build public support. I can step in as an interim executive with decision-making responsibility, or work as an advisor.
I've led a nonprofit through a financial turnaround as CEO, led a fintech's FIN-FSA payment institution application until the authority was ready to proceed, and helped build SLUSH Singapore's investor network from the ground up.
Bigger Pond exists because I kept seeing the same pattern across every one of these roles: ambitious people, organisations and causes stuck inside a market, a mindset, or a structure they'd outgrown, without anyone to help them see what was possible outside it.
